In This Lesson, You Learned:

Home immersion ideas, like switching your phone’s language, enjoying foreign cartoons with your kids, and write your to-do list in your target language. You can even use hashtags on social media in other languages to find cool content from around the world!

Featured Trade Secret:

Play video games in your target language! It’s one of the home immersion things I do because today, it’s so easy to switch the language of the games you play today. Recently, I bought a couple of Assassin’s Creed games for my Nintendo Switch. On the purchase page (after scrolling down a bit), there was the option to download expansions—including additional language packs! I’ll be able to play my new games in Japanese, Russian, French, and German now. So it’s definitely something to check for if you’re into games.
